Monday 13th November- Recovery Run

So after a good 90min run yesterday around South Ockendon this morning I decided to take it a bit easier on my 50min run.

Over the years I have found it hard to balance recovery running and steady running so now I am running more by how my body feels. I’ll still have my regular 2 hard sessions per week but I am not going to be a slave to the watch anymore. Sometimes I think GPS watches not only hold you back but they also control the training too much. 

Tomorrow I have an interval session of 5 min repeats, hopefully I’ll feel good and I’ll be able to push hard on them.
